Libra is a cardinal sign which rule airy element. Libra is associated with the scales able to bring peace and harmony in conflicted situations. It is very difficult for Libra to go alone as they like to work in a social environment. Venus rules Libra. Venus is the enemy of Sun. Sun gets debilitated in Libra. This position gives the native many challenges to overcome in this life. They have low self-esteem, for which they may attempt to compensate with Venus driven pleasure-seeking behaviour. These negative effects may come and go according to the times/transit/dasha/bhukti. If there is benefic influences on Sun and positions of other planets is strong then they can counter these bad effects also.
