The Minor Arcana Cards are 56 in numbers which further divided into 4 suits contains 14 cards in each suit. In each suit there are 10 pip cards also known as number cards  and 4 face cards. The 10 pip cards represent everyday feelings, events, and situations associate with each of the 4 suits. Mundane and family matters are thus represented by the 10 pips and 4 court cards of the four suits.

Each suit of the minor arcana is also associated with specific signs of the zodiac
